Scheduling & Notice
All appointments, trip dates, and cancellations require at least 7 calendar days’ notice.
Contract Terms & Unused Services
Benefits reset monthly and do not roll over. Recurring plans require 30 days’ written notice to cancel. The early cancellation fee is $150 plus the remaining contract balance.
Rates Coverage
Published rates cover one dog. Additional dogs require a written add-on.
